The Loved
The twins like, well, always being together. Very rarely will you find one without the other if at all. Yes this sounds weird to some but they complete each other, sentences included. They also like basically the same things. Reading, music, fighting, talking, meeting new people, and such like that. They are very much into the meeting new people thing. They don’t quite no why but it’s just the way they are. If they aren’t meeting new people they can be found in the library with books or even out on the lawns with their flute and violin. They also don’t mind if people listen to them play, they especially like the time they spend with Lynda, having her listen to them. It doesn’t happen often but sometimes. The three have been friends for years, before she went off on her gallivanting.
The Hated
There isn’t anything that the twins hate. Sure growing up they hated plenty. Vampires, humans, school, things that all kids growing up hated at one point. Well except the vampire and humans part. They hated them because of the painful shit that those species made them go through. But over the years the twins got over everything. And so now they just take everything in stride. If they had to say they hated anything it would have to be the hunters, the main reason they learned to use guns.
The Feared
Fear is not something the twins have ever known. They were raised that everything could be over come. It didn’t matter. And so if anything made them scared it was over come as quickly as possible and never aloud to frighten them again. The longest fear that lasted only four days was Yang’s fear of height. It was also the last time either of them said they couldn’t do something. That phrase was not acceptable either and was punished if spoken. They are trained in their life, nothing keeps the strong down.
The Attitude
The personalities of the twins are totally different. Even thoug they have the same interests there had to be at least one thing that they had different besides their looks. Yin is calm and collect while Yang is blunt, rude, and out going. Yin in oft times keeps Yang from getting in trouble. But really they balance each other out much like their names say. Yin’s calm balances Yang’s fiery temper. His grace with words balances her bluntness. And oft times he simply just shows or tells his disapproval of her choice of rude words.
However if the twins want to hide what they are thinking then they can. Both have a form of a blank face. Yin’s is a small smile that has a hint of mischief. More often then not he always wears this expression if his twin is not his only company. Yang’s is literally blank though she can’t hold it constantly like her brother. And if she looses her temper then it is lost until she calmst down herself or Yin makes her calm. It helps that through the twin bond they know what each other thinks and feels almost, makes keeping her in line easier.
The Family
There isn't much to tell about Yin and Yang's parents or older brother. They have all passed away from when they were young, well before they reached adulthood. For the real detail read their history. It explains.
The Past
These wolves have a dark and painful history. Born to a pack they were only a few days old when hunters attacked. All the men that went to the fight, didn’t come home. That included Yow-Ling-Toh, Yin and Yang’s older brother, and Alexander, their father and pack leader. The pups that were new were now the only men of the pack. But after this attack the pack separated and went their own ways. Elizabeth took Yin and Yang to her sister’s house in Berlin. There they were raised by the two women and their uncle.
Growing up they learned to fight from their uncle Thomas and Yang would learn to cook and other such tasks from her mother and aunt Ailein. Yin also learned the hierarchy of werewolves. Thomas was third in command of the Berlin pack. The shaman woman of the pack came by often through the pup’s growing years and watched them, as if waiting for something. Though she never said a word until one day when she pulled Yang aside and did a reading. Yang was strong in spirit the cards said, and so the woman took her from her family to train her as an apprentice. Yin wasn’t happy with this and on more then one occasion tried to take her back. On the fourth try the Alpha stopped him and, admiring the boy’s resolve, took him in to train as well.
Elizabeth loved that her kids were well taken care of but she had never gotten over the loss of her husband and eldest child. Three years after the twins were taken, never being able to see each other or their mother, she died. No one would tell them how, most said of a broken heart, and that was indeed the case. At the funeral the two were allowed to attend and for the first time in three years saw each other. They were eighteen years of age and both attractive to each other. The shamaness and Alpha kept them apart having seen this and not knowing what it meant. The second the funeral was done and their mother’s ashes scattered they were taken back to their prospective locations of growth.
That night Yin was worked until he was exhausted and was a heap on the floor unable to move. The Alpha stood over him with blazing eyes. At the same instance the shamaness did another reading on Yang, now that her own psychic link to the universe was open. Her eyes opened wide as she looked at the girl. “Your sister.” The Alpha’s booming voice. “Your brother.” A gentle whisper through the still air. “She is your blood.” “He is your blood.” “Never can this be done.” “Never can this be done.” Silence as the two young wolves looked at their elders. “Even if it did in the past lives.” The final words spoken by the shamaness were the key words to what Yang was thinking of doing.
When they laid down to sleep that night both Yin and Yang snuck out of their prospective homes. They met at the coast three hundred miles away. “We are meant…” Yang said. “To be together.” Yin finished and they locked with a kiss. They formed a bond that night and when the elders found them in the morning the twins lay under a tree covered by vines that entwined them together. Waking the twins gently they startled but the shamaness held them still. “You have been made one by the mother.” She said motioning to the vines. “We cannot separate you now.” Alpha said with a soft sigh. They took the twins back to the pack and blessed them as a mated pair by what the earth had done.
The two went high in the pack hierarchy and were ready to take over the rolls of their teachers. But just like when they were young nothing could go right. An attack was staged. But it wasn’t human hunters that attacked this time. It was a group of vampires, most of them young. The pups were taken while the majority of the adults were killed. Yin and Yang watched as the young ones were taken and both the Alpha and the Shamaness were killed. Going to the people that raised them they knelt and did not cry. They had seen too much blood shed and death for it to affect them now. “Get…” the Alpha tried to speak but his body gave and his spirit passed. The Shamaness didn’t even have to speak for Yang to know. “The young ones.” She said. Standing she turned to her brother both their eyes golden. "Let us hunt.” He said.
The two ran through the forest until they found the vampire clan. Lashing into the group the twins killed the young ones and left the three older. Surrender gave them back the pups but the twins were no longer wanting a pack. Going to other cities and countries and finally they found a pack willing to take the pups and the twins vanished only to live in memory.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeas passed, rumors spoke of a pair of wolves that acted as mercinaries of the military. Killing those the government wanted killed and then going into the shadow again. It was all so strange that no one believed. But they were in sense the boogyman of the Immortal and Mortal worlds.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was in their two hundredth and seventy-second year that they were approached by a vampire. His name was Cahel and he was many years older then them, even older then the three they left alive. He told them of a school for their kind. And also, that it was run by a mortal. “I teach science there.” His voice was gentle and guarded to them. “We will see.” The twins said in unison and left his presense. They didn’t go to the school for many years. But when they finally did Cahel met them at the door. Almost like he was expecting them. “Glad you could join us.” He said and led them to an office. Behind the desk sat a woman. By the smell she must have been the head of the school. Yang growled and reached for her gun. The men acted at once, Cahel standing in front of the desk and Yin grabbed her wrist. “Be corgeal my dear.” He said but his smile was cold. Linking their fingers Yin pulled Yang back and held her. “We will behave.” He said knowing he would have to help Yang do so.
They were awarded the position of prefect seventeen years after starting at the school. Taking night classes they worked to keep the students where they should be. It was not long before they met Lynda in her first year. They became fast friends but soon that would end. A vampire came to the school for three days. Enough to convince Lyn to leave. She left a not to the twins explaining who then showed it to Cahel. It took them weeks to get over missing their friend. But after that they didn’t let anyone new in, only those that were already there.
The years passed until they came to the present. Their personalities had changed as it went. Yin became quiet and calculating while Yang became a spit fire. They both guard the school and the students. This was their home as they saw it. The humans, vampires, and wolves all living together in one place. Against all odds, but it works.
The Finale
Her personality shifted the minute he said he could be a bad guy. Her eyes narrowed and she began to speak in heated Spanish under her breath. This was so not why she had come out here. Of course why had she really? Her thought wandered to the injection she still had yet to take and part of her wished she had now. Blaze lowered her gun just a bit and took it from a two handed grip to a one while she reached around and pulled out her second gun. She wasn’t sure if she would need the silver bullets it was laced with but the other gun only had normal ones and always better to be safe then sorry.
“What’s your name?” she asked and started walking almost like there wasn’t anything around her feet. When she got serious nothing broke her consentration. And this man put her on edge, something about him just seemed to scream danger like a big red sign over his head. Granted just standing there like he was she wasn’t sure why. Just a vibe she got in the back of her head. Blaze moved around him a little more her eyes locking with his. He still had yet to give his name. She didn’t like that he was taking so long with such a simple request. She aimed the gun with silver ammo one handed and shot him at him. She hit what she aimed for, his right shoulder erupted with blood that went down his arm. “What is your name?” she asked again her voice thick with her Spanish accent.
Her eyes stayed on him as she circled. Her eyes had adjusted now to the small amount of light from the almost full moon. A gust of wind blew through the area and blew a few strands of her long brown hair into her face. “And tell me…Are you the bad guy?” her gun shot again, this time from her other glock, it hit him in the left thigh but there was no silver in it. Her chocolate eyes blinked slowly as she finally stopped moving now with only 4 yards between them. She had made the first move, shot him twice. What would he do about that? Would he take bait and attack her or turn and run. She hoped it was running, that would be no fun. She was on edge again and wanted to relax but that would be hard to do out here in the middle of the night with guys like this one around.
~~This comes from my character Blaze on WVRP yeah you know how it goes there is gunna be another one. But this one is from a character on Red & Black Tenji name Cashel.~~
The night was warm today. At least it felt like night. The young vampire hadn’t actually gone upstairs to see if it had indeed passed the stages of the red orb burning the flesh. Not that it mattered whether he went up to check either way, with his eyes covered he would have to simply feel if the great light began to cook him where he stood or if the frozen wind burnt through his bones to make him wish for the scorching heat of the day. Either way though here he was under the ground. A place he didn’t much care for but a choice that the man didn’t much have. He could hear the thrumming of the electricity on the sign outside his destination. He could almost feel the pulse of the currents through the lighting his own ability calling to the small neon lights.
With only the passing thought the man reached out his leather clad hand and opened the door to the building he had been seeking since his meal earlier that very evening. The lights he could tell were low from their lack of trying to jump out at him and there was a small murmur of voices heard from all the corners of the room. No one would pay him mind walking in in his black pants, combat boots and black button down shirt. He had the sleeves rolled up to allow for the wide black leather working gloves he wore to keep his friend from hurting him too much. He wasn’t sure why he had chosen to come here today but alas he had and now that he was here he mine as well buy a drink.
Walking to the bar effortlessly around people the vampire took a seat and waited for the man to approach him. “Cas what’ll it be today?” the familiar voice of Joe rang out through Cashel’s sensitive ears. “The usual.” He responded in his gentle voice not wanting to raise anyone’s attention. Cashel was the Lieutenant for the queen of the Vampires, Havana. Most knew him on sight and yet most did not. He was a shadow in the thoughts of most and a passing thought to those that would even bother to think of him. He wasn’t anything like the Captain that seemed to almost draw attention to himself in Cashel’s own opinion.
A glass was set on the wood in front of him and Cashel removed his gloves. Arith wouldn’t be in here so there was no reason to guard his pale skin against the creature’s giant talons. Cashel thanked Joe for the drink and then took a couple minutes before he even touched it. The smell of blood mixed with the scotch reached his nose and he smiled showing just the tip of his fangs. Yes he had just had a very filling meal on a woman a few blocks away and she wouldn’t remember a thing once she woke but he always liked a good cocktail. Sitting at the bar with his drink Cas wondered if he would encounter anyone this evening. It had been a while since he had spoken to his queen and planned to go and see her sometime in the near future but tonight was a night of thinking and contemplating. He had many things on his mind that even he didn’t know how to sort through them.
Finally taking a sip of his drink the vampire moved his heard around the room like one would do if they were looking around a room. But for him he caught sounds. His vision was all but gone but that never stopped him from knowing exactly what was going on around him. People spoke off in their corners and he allowed them their privacy. No reason to eaves drop when he had no wish to. The door swung open and Cashel caught the foot falls. He couldn’t tell where they were headed at first they sounded like they were coming to the bar but then they seemed to hesitate. He turned back to his drink allowing the new comer privacy, he was after all, just a simple man wanting a drink.
