The Loved
Lyn likes sing, it’s like her one main hobby. She sings rock and punk, so I suppose that is called punk rock (xD). She also plays guitar. Both electric and accoustic. If you want to hear her play just go outside under her window, don’t ask her to play for you. She is also a fan of books. Not just any books of course but fantasy books, books that have gore, sex, violence, and blood (^^). She also likes being left alone for the most part. Don’t ask her things about herself, you won’t get the answers you want. And as odd as this will sound for a vampire Lyn likes the sun. Since it doesn’t kill her and she can’t tan she is quite fond of the big glowing orb. Also rain storms, give her rain and she might actually smile for you.
The Hated
(shit I don’t have five! xD) Lyn is not fond of people, period end of story. She had a fucked up past so she doesn’t like them no matter their flavor. Snow, god does she hate the snow, of course she just hates the cold in general. Fuckin winter. She hates overly crowded places. It goes with her not liking people all that much but she can handle them in small doses, large groups are a huge ass no no. She also doesn’t like the blood capsules or wine blood they are forced to drink. She prefers it from the sorce but she will obey and follow the rules. Which is another thing she doesn’t like, rules. Sure she will follow them, to a point, but don’t expect them all to be kept.
The Feared
(I don’t think I got five here either o.0 shit you like that number) There isn’t much that Lyn fears at all. She fears getting close to someone again and loosing them which is why she keeps herself so distant from people. She fears that her own life will be taken, yeah so what a lot of people fear death. That aint anything special. She kind of fears hunters but that is why she learned to kick ass so that fear can be overcome. In a way Lyn is scared of being accepted. She is so used to being the odd one that no one likes that she doesn’t know how to act if people actually like her. Lyn also fears what would happen if she lost control. Her control is really all she has left.
The Attitude
Lyn is what people say locked away. She doesn’t let her emotions show and doesn’t talk about how she is feeling either. Even if someone asks she doesn’t tell, not her style. If people push her too far then fuck yeah she will be one hard core little bitch and she aint afriad to do it. Even if it means getting in trouble for it later she could care less. She doesn’t like to be pushed around so she will push right back and most likely win like hell.
She doesn’t care what people think of her in the least. In fact she likes it best when people think of her as a bitch and not someone to deal with. That makes them leave her alone to her own dark thoughts. Yes her true display of emotion is depressed, it’s just the only thing she is willing to show if she isn’t blank. But really on the inside she is hurting like no other shit in the world. She lost everything and now lives a life of loneliness.
The Past
Born and raised in Colorado USA Lynda May Kelley was one of the happiest girls in the world. She lived with her mother, father, and two older twin brothers. She loved them dearly and hated when they left home for college together. Lyn was a rebel to her parents, the exact opposite of her brothers. She got tattoos and piercings because she knew they didn’t like them but that wasn’t even the worse of it. She would ditch school to go and do whatever she wanted. That was when her parents thought to send her to the Dark Academy, they didn’t know of where else to send a roudy and rambunctious teenage vampire girl.
Home on vacation her second year at school at age 15 her family was attacked by hunters. The bastards killed all of them and then left her to die. But she didn’t die in fact. She got stronger from the injuries they caused her and once fully recovered went out looking for them. She found them in a warehouse three cities away in the capital. But that didn’t matter anymore, she killed them all and then shut down her emotions. She decided then and there she wouldn’t let anyone into her every again. People were bastards that needed to rot in hell.
It took her three more years but she finally went back to Dark Academy. Cahel was still there and Kallen but other then that she knew no one at the school and thought that for the best. While she had been on her own for three years she learned to sing and play guitar to earn money to survive. She keeps those talents to herself now that she is back at school. She doesn’t want to draw attention to herself.
The Family
Zacharia Lynn Kelley, age 145 at death, was a handsome man. Tall, about 5’11, with dirty blonde hair and glorious blue eyes. He had a nice strong build but in his life of raising the children got a little out of shape. He was a kind man, never one to yell or get angry. Elizabeth Maria Kelley, age 123 at death, was pretty. She is where Lyn gets her dark features from. Her black hair was always shiney with care and her deep purple eyes always shined in any light. Her skin was pale and her features soft. She also had a nice strong build, muscled but not muscular. She was the one that had a temper between her and her husband but he balanced her, kept her calm, kept her patient. Alaric and Marion Kelley, age 59 at death, were two handsome boys. Both took after their father’s tall strong build and even kind misdimeaner. They were raised to be gentlemen and loved to serve that teaching true even with their own sister.
The Finale
Music could be heard on the wind. The dreams were dreamt as the waves rose and fell in the ocean just below the open window. The soft lyrical guitar strummed by the expert hands was gentle, calming, like the sea that was calling to the musician in her room. Lynda watched as the waves rolled in with high tide. A full moon was out tonight so the tide was higher then usual. Oh how she wanted to go and drown away her sorrows. But no, she couldn’t do that, giving up just was not an option. She had to live for her family, but how she lived was a different question.
Accidentally she strummed a wrong note and winced at the sharp contrast. With a sigh she put her guitar down and thought of what she should do. She remembered the school that her parents had sent her to all those years ago but that didn’t really matter to her anymore. She was eighteen now. Did going to school actually matter? She supposed it did. Dark Academy would welcome her with open arms. This she knew, didn’t mean she actually wanted to go back. But she needed a home. Packing up what few belongings she had Lyn went to the train station. She got the ticket to the closest city she knew of to the school. It was a long and taxing train ride and many times she almost got off to turn back to California. But she didn’t.
It was still night when she got off the train and walked through the woods. Hours past until she finally was able to see lights on in the distance. She didn’t speed up her walking in the least rather slowed down. Would Kallen and Cahel welcome her back? She didn’t know. But she left the line of trees and there infront of her stood the building in question. The room she knew was Kallen’s office had a light on. That was where she needed to go. Would Kallen be surprised to see her? Probably.
~~ The one up top is for Lyn the one down below is from Angelis another character on WVRP who is mine lol. That's right I got four there bitches lol. deal with the length again ~~
The stones standing in the shadows of the night, the moon shrouded by the clouds that seemed to want to promise a storm but could do no such thing. The air was moist and warm and made small droplets of sweat slide slowly down Angelis’ spine. Huddled in her long coat as she walked through the unmarked stones with her hands in her pockets the small girl kept her eyes scanning around her looking for the danger that seemed to be creeping up in the back of her own mind.
She wasn’t sure what had made her want to come out this late at night to a place she was sure was not the best place to go but something had told Angelis that she needed to come out. She was beginning to think that her snake abilities were going to get her killed one day if she kept listening to them. But she was out here nonetheless looking at the shadows as if they were something that could hurt her.
In times like these anything, anyone, could be hiding basically anywhere. Angelis had learned when she first came into this new world that she would never be safe and she hated to cower from people. Her royal purple eyes jerked to the right as she thought she saw a shadow move further out towards here in the faded light of the still covered moon. But alas there was nothing.
The graveyard lightened as the clouds made an opening and gave the vision to the snake that she had been begging for in her mind since she started her walk. The yard was lit and the majority of the shadows vanished. Angelis scanned the area while she could because it wasn’t long before the moon was covered again and the yard was silenced back into the darkness.
That one look had not been enough; she hadn’t had a chance to see all of the graveyard. But it had shown her what she already knew. She was close to the church. She didn’t want to be anywhere near the building but found that she couldn’t bring herself to change the course of her walk either. Pulling her jacket closer around her, Angelis walked for the church and whatever was leading her to it. If there was something bad she would face it, of course for all she knew it was just her curiosity getting the best of her.
